The upper level, surrounded entirely by the panoramic terrace, hosts the drawing room with library, separate TV snug room, kitchen/dining room, stone archways and washroom. Guests may enjoy their dining experience in the house or on the terrace with magnificent views across the water. The terrace also hosts the separate outdoor lounging area with chef’s double barbeque. The lower level presents 4 air conditioned en-suite bedrooms (master suite with walk in wardrobe and adjoining nursery) and bedroom 5 with TV, with 2 daybeds that can be converted to twin beds on request, and air conditioning.
All 5 bedrooms have arched doors windows, with stunning views over the olive grove and across the water. All bedrooms lead directly onto the pool terrace with sunbathing day bed, and outdoor freestanding bath with view. The infinity pool boasts internal seating curved around ancient olive trees.
The private gardens lead directly from the parking area to the house, through olive trees, scented lavender and herb walkway. Leaving this garden via the private doorway one can meander along the Rou village through Wisteria walkways and landscaped flower and herb gardens, before reaching the Rou Spa and Rou Infinity Pool.
